Standardized Onboarding
Over the years, we have been able to develop our standardized onboarding process. We focus on compliance and efficiency in order to meet the needs of both the candidates and the employers.
Compliance Guarantee
All candidates will have completed:
• Background checks through DSS Guardian Website or other applicable
systems
• Required documents and trainings (First Aid/CPR, Physical/TB Test, etc.)
• Signed onboarding paperwork and employee policies.
Replacement Guarantee
If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated within 7 days from their facility start date, BERA will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost to the employer
Replacement Terms
A candidate will qualify to be replaced if one of the following
takes place:
• The candidate decides to resign or terminate employment with the client
within their 7-day facility training period
• The candidate must be terminated due to breach of company policy.
