Over the years, we have been able to develop our standardized onboarding process. We focus on compliance and efficiency in order to meet the needs of both the candidates and the employers.
We assist candidates with completing:
• Background checks through DSS Guardian, FBI, DOJ, CACI, and other applicable systems
• Required documents and trainings (First Aid/CPR, Physical/TB Test, etc.)
• Signed onboarding paperwork and employee policies.
If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated within 2 days from their facility start date, BERA will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost to the employer
A candidate will qualify to be replaced if one of the following
takes place:
• The candidate decides to resign or terminate employment with the client within their 2-day facility training period
or
• The candidate must be terminated due to breach of company policy.
